Are you intersted in getting in shape and raising  money for a good cause? Bike and Hike the Berkshires is a yearly fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis this year it is Saturday September 27th.   I have formed a team called "Diva RemiX RX For A Cure.l" and would love to have you participate either by joining the team and Biking or Hiking.  If you would rather help by making a donation see the information below.  There is a 25 mile 50 mile and 100 mile bike ride and two hikes appox 5-7 miles and 7-9 miles.  The Berkshires in September are beautiful and it is a great cause.  If you are interested in participating or donating please contact me or to get more information go to www.msnewengland.org  and click on bike events and then Bike and Hike the Berkshires.
